Amen, but we really need some breaks. When you're getting dominated at the line it's tough to overcome. :(

You guys will come back in the swamp as soon as you remember you're playing Miss State. :wink2:

I've taken every bit of cheese in the house, thrown it outside, and stomped on it.

I hope the Buckeyes are getting angry. Face-stompingly, soul-crushingly angry. We need a defensive mind-meld and an offense fueled by cold steel hate. Do it, Buckeyes. Get it together and start crushing people.

Th defensive line is getting manhandled right now and we got everybody and their mother in the box and we are barely slowing them down. :( Todd D. is getting pushed off the line, perhaps they should put Hankins in for a few more plays. Not much you can do defensively as a coach if they still are running it on you and you have already stacked the box. The coaches need to challenge the guys to step it up.....

Offensively we got the running game going but we went away from running between the tackles and tried to run the QB outside. Our QB is having a dickens of a time in hitting open WR's and seems to be forcing passes.

Special teams well our achilles heel has been exposed again.

The second half kickoff possession will make or break us. If we score and Whisky bottles it up and becomes conservative we may have a chance, that is if we can stop the run....

We have played ourselves into this hole, hopefully we can play ourselves out of it...

3 things for the 2nd half:

1. Points on EVERY drive. Wisconsin is going to run it 30 times. Offensive possessions will be limited in number.

2. Tackling. They've been on the field for what seems like 25 minutes. They are going to be tired in the 4th quarter. It's going to be important to maintain form and make the tackles when they have them.

3. For the love of God watch for the Play action.

Embarrassing effort. Embarrassing play-calling. Embarrassing clock management (have harped on this forever - Coach just doesn't know how to use timeouts properly). Embarrassing results.

Hope for a better second half, but even when we sold out against the run our front four got dominated. The fake Gilreath end-around is opening up massive holes as we send Jermale to the outside to prevent the big play.

Just getting killed, and its sickening.

I got a bad feeling when we lined up in the spread all 3 plays from the 2. We've gone from physical "tresselball" to finesse football. Wiscy is playing our game, and beating us with it.
