I apologize to @DaveyBoy for jumping the gun on this one. We have a new winner:Not sure if I want Day on the sidelines anymore. This was so poorly coached that I don’t see how he can ever be trusted.
you win dumbest post of the year award in week 2. Congrats.
Winning the 2024 natty is the worst thing that happened to Ohio State in my lifetime.

A bit of sleep and I’m starting to think it’s really not worth being a sports fan.
jesus christ, dude. and this is AFTER sleeping on it?We tried a couple.....Jeremiah dropped them because the D made plays.just a horrific loss by the coaching staff. we have the be the only team in the country that doesn't have a bunch of easy short passes in the playbook
Agree with so much here.We tried a couple.....Jeremiah dropped them because the D made plays.
Guys, there were enough failures to go around. We need to stop pretending like we can pin this on one person. Sayin missed a walk in TD in the 2nd half.....overthrew him by a lot. But he also played pretty great. Jeremiah dropped a couple passes that he usually would have caught. But obviously he went beast mode and is still an alien. We went conservative too early. The DLine was getting pushed around. The kicker missed what would've iced the game....but he nailed 3 before that, including a 48 yarder.
It makes us feel better if all of the problems are because of one thing, because then we can just change that one thing and everything is perfect. That's not how it works. We went to the wire with a really good team at their place and came up a point short in week 2. We've lost to much worse teams than #4 Texas @ Texas and won championships in that same season.
Dude…I’m serious. I want Day to be the CEO of the program. Recruit, develop, pay forward with dignity and class. But come gametime, we need a different head coach calling the shots. He needs a significant talent advantage to win. That’s not game coaching
This game reminds me of Marty Schottenheimer. Coaching and playing not to lose.
