Except the ball never hit the ground.

At all.

So even if you're laying on the ground, you can be bouncing the ball between your legs and hands after the catch until you wrap it up and its complete? I've never seen something like that called complete. Is a player not down until he has control of the ball?

QB play will be better this second half and the young receivers should have the nerves gone. Keep dominating on the O-line and get in the endzone. I think we win this one but its going to be tight. Need more pressure on Harris to make him force things. WE GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!:oh:

Had to turn the DVR off...just won't be enough offense tonight to win. I think the run game has been great this evening, it's unfortunate they're now playing from behind.

I don't know if Corey Brown would make that much of a difference, but Chris Fields is unfortunately a bit out of his element at this level.

Too bad Stoneburner dropped a sure thing TD. We really needed that and would have much more optimistic about the second half.

Overall, just really disappointed in the offensive system that doesn't maximize anyones abilities and certainly doesn't put any stress on the defense. A 17-6 deficit is almost insurmountable when you can't complete a forward pass...

Our passing game problems don't reside primarily at the catching end.

I probably don't, because I would think curled up on the ground is down, and the ball was not in his hands until he was halfway rolled over.

Is it different in the NFL? I didn't think you could catch the ball if you were down in one or the other. I never played football, and don't really know formations and the ins and outs of what the fuck goes on when a LB moves around and shit like that.
