Game Thread tOSU at Iowa, Sat Nov 20, 3:30 ET, ABC/ESPN

About the worst officiating I've seen all year and that is saying something in the big ten. When the opposing team is allowed to literally break the neck of one your players two feet in front of the corrupt official and there is no call, leaves you wondering whose been bought and for how much!

Here's to a dominant 2nd half!

GO BUCKS!

Well, after all that typing... I go to click "submit" and the thread is closed as I'm typing.

Short and Sweet. Boom needs more touches. Pryor playing indecisive; not seeing the whole field much like last week against State Penn. Figured the coaches would have realized to lose the 5-wide sets by now, I hope they don't feel stubborn enough to continue with that.

edit: Btw, ticky-tack calls from the hometown refs. I mean, that facemask was blatant. And directly in front of the ref. No excuse to not call that.

Actually I disagree the run game wasn't working that well and we were getting big chunks in the passing game. Just need to be a little more accurate with it but it was working well. Especially if we clean up the drops.

Thoughts on the first half:

Defense is making some nice stops, but I'm still not sold on their performance. They give up big plays and it seems like Iowa has had some opportunities down the field. But overall, they're doing what they need to do.

Offense.. ugh. Pryor looks like he's trying to do way too much. We haven't established the running game, which is very important in a game like this. HAVE TO STOP WITH THE FUCKING PENALTIES. Have to stop with mental mistakes - drops were an issue. Could use more push by the o-line, but I think the big problem of the first half was the QB. He's not putting his o-line in good positions and he's making bad decisions. Not a winning formula.

NEED MORE BOOM.

Biggest plus of the game is that we haven't given up a special teams TD.

Step on the gas pedal in the second half and act like there's a Big Ten title at stake. :oh:
