Actually they aren't shooting too bad. They started out real slow but since the 16 minute timeout they've shot pretty well... sitting around 43% right now. MSU is shooting around 30%, mainly due to the good defense the Bucks are playing.

Slow start but our boys really played well on both sides of the ball in the First Half. Nice seeing Diebler get hot towards the end of the half with the 3's. That will go a long way if he can keep the hot hand in the Second Half as well. Looking for ET to pick it up in the Second Half as well.

For all the bench depth, MSU bench leads Ohio State bench only 4-2. You might think, looking at the numbers, that MSU decided to shut down Turner and dare the other Ohio State players to win it. If that plan was what they had hatched for the second half, they have some evidence that it might not be such a good idea.

I'm guessing Turner turns it on in the second half.

Of course, Ohio State is undefeated in FB games I've attended since 2002, so is it really the mask?

After the first 6-8 minutes, the rebounding has been much, much better. Defense has been very good and the guys are doing a great job getting back in transition. Taking great care of the ball, too.

ET needs to attack the basket rather than settling for just long jumpers, but that's my only complaint so far.
