Thaddeus,

Chill out. We're all on the same team here. No one else seems to have a problem with what I posted or how I worded it. :)

10 of Turner's points and half of his rebounds were after the game was no longer in doubt. That's called padding stats where I come from. He's a great player but his production is needed when the game is still on the line. I am confident that is what we will see and we'll see it very soon.

I think you're being a little tough on Turner here. He had 5 pts, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals at halftime (we were winning by a point). And if you watched the game, he had a fantastic first half when, as you say, the game was still on the line. He delivered on Saturday, both when the game was on the line and when it wasn't.

padding the stats:huh: I just can't let that go by without saying something. I mean there was nobody else on the team rebounding or scoring except for WB but to say that Evan was padding stats is very bad terminology. With regards to him turning the ball over, I think that is a team problem and Matta needs to get that resolved before Wednesday or Purdue will be us like that drum:(I mean when someone goes to the backcourt to double team Turner, the player that the offender is guarding should get his butt back to the other side of the half-court to help Turner out.

... I'm just not seeing a good team, let alone one "too good."
