While I feel really good about this one, something is nagging deep down inside to me. I have a feeling that Michigan is going to play extremely well. We just have to not turn the ball over and rely on the defense. If we do that, we are the much better team. That being said, you never know in this rivalry. Rodriguez is on thin ice, another loss could end his Michigan career.

Other than the whole "they are due" and uniform jinx stuff my concern is that scUM biggest weakness doesn't play to our strength. From what little I have seen of them this year scUM has a decent DL but when a team needs to hurt them they seem to be able to pass over the middle of the field at will. I'm not 100% confident Pryor is ready to exploit that.

The other concern is what Tress does. He's usually more aggressive in The Game but say TP throws an early pick or something, no one can keep an underdog close like JT can. I will say that we should be very concerned if that little shit QB somehow gets a chance to beat us late. I don't know if its dumb luck or magic but that little fluffer seems to be one of those guys who makes plays in 4th and the game type situations.

So basically its the same fear as all year. If Pryor goes into turnover mode that will probably make JT go to freakin plad on the hyper conservative scale and that always seems to bleed over to Heacock who turtles up and gets a bad case of the Glendale rush three drop eight's.

That's the nightmare scenario and I don't think it happens but we lost to Purdue so anything is possible. I am 100% convinced its all about OSU though, scUM doesn't keep it close without a lot of help. They are seriously out manned.

Their biggest weakness is they can't defend the run with a true freshman DE & safety playing OLB. Teams struggle to run at Graham, but have gashed the opposite side.

Purdue was a lot better passing team and competed a lot more consistently than UM (not that the upset is impossible, just comparing).

I'll defer to your knowledge of scUM on both counts.

I am still concerned about Pryor passing down the middle vs anyone but scUM seems to allow a fair amount of wide open coverage busts and TP hits those pretty damn well.

The Game makes me nervous every year. Doesn't matter how the teams have been leading up to it. I'll always have a nervous excitement for The Game. Tressel has done well to calm the nerves, winning 7 of 8, but I'll never take those arrogant fucks lightly.

This just in... Jordan Hall has changed his last name legally to Wells.... So it will be Jordan Wells making the big plays this year... You all can take a deep breath now.
