Millen does a good job. You can hear his favortism for UM on occasion, but he's a pretty fair, respectful announcer who adds to the broadcast instead of detracting from it, by and large.

Why would he show favortism for Michigan? He's a Penn State guy. Anyway, I didn't notice any to one side or the other.
