an interesting proposition. Is there anything problematic about offering recordings of cable programming (ie ESPN broadcasts) for free? I'm asking, I really do not know the answer.
There are some differences between content restrictions for over-the-air broadcasts since the airwaves are public domain leased out by the government.

I wouldn't think the sharing of cable programming would be any different, but I could be wrong. Note that some of the Buckeye games are on network channels and some are only on cable channels.

FWIW - the USAAB and most of the BB games are network programming. We could also delay the distribution for a week or two so that people don't try to use these files instead of buying cable TV in addition to not charging for the downloads.

With all the DVRs, TiVo to Go, and those PVRs that let you stream live TV across the internet, I think the regulations are still being written to keep up with the technology. I will say that it's my intention to not do anything that hurts tOSU, ABC, ESPN, DirecTV, Time Warner, etc, etc. My hope is that this will generate new interest and improve the reach of these organizations and not impair them since we all appreciate how much effort and expense they put into bringing us the amazing high-quality live broadcasts.

I'm going to go ahead and set up a machine specifically for seeding so let me know what I can help with.

Muck, if you're still willing, how about Ill, NW, and IU. I am seeding UofM and will be seeding Ill soon, but could use some help completing the download. There are 2-3 seeds in the swarm but the connections drop in and out for both ILL and NW.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am going to be downloading/seeding all the games here if you guys are still watching this.

I had the games downloaded already, but they were the torrents from rocketman, and although they are great. I really want all of these so I can now burn them with my new DvD burner I went out and bought solely for this reason.

Oh, and any chance of getting the Fiesta Bowl here?

PS: what program is everyone using to burn these to dvd? I have the newest version of Nero and its not that great, when I select all the files to Copy it gives me some errors, and I dont feel like wasting DvD's trying. Thought i'd come here for advice first.

Thanks ..

I'm going to have to check to make sure I still have the .ISOs. I lost some of the images due to a HDD failure so I may have to redownload them as well. lol

If any/all of the above are among the ones still on my machine I'll get them up ASAP.

Don't worry about Northwestern. I now have that and I am seeding it along with M!ch!igan. I am 75% on Ill and will be trying Iowa and IU next. So really, I would benefit from the Iowa and IU seeds and will be seeding Ill soon. Thanks again for offering to help seed.

I have/am downloading all the games, had them once already but they were the rocketman torrents, and I would like the DvD versions so I am re-doing the games now. Thanks again and i'll be seeding throughout the offseason.
