Top ten irritating phrases

This one really irritated me when my daughter would to say it...

That was 15 (or so) years ago. Actually I forget what I threatened to punish her with if I heard her say that to me again; but it worked, she stopped saying it (at least around me). :biggrin:

Just say "first down," jackass.
That's the first time I've heard anyone being offended by somebody saying "the first" but there's probably a first time for everything, including getting annoyed by a commentator saying, "the first."
