The commitments of Strobel and Magnuson leave UM with two openings left in this class. Nervous time for a number of RichRod's recruits.

The staff is confident that they will get to 25 schollies this year. Magnuson will count towards last year since he is coming in January.

Obviously, some of RRs recruits will go thru the season will little to no PT and will look elsewhere.

Plus, there are a couple kids that have some serious injuries that might prohibit them from continuing to play.

I think that you assume the TSUN staff is going to treat their players like Saban treats his in Alabama. Runoff the undesirables. I'm not certain that will happen. It seems like you are hoping that it does and I gotta say, that's pretty scummy to hope for that. If they can contribute, they should remain on scholarship.

Actually the opposite.

The guy I quoted was making it seem that he was going to get rid of all of RRs recruits. Guy wont do that. He has already said that he is going to try and find a spot for everyone.

It is just a matter of those guys succeeding in those sports or thinking elsewhere is better for them to get to the next level.

The guys with injuries are very serious. I hope they can get healthy and contribute but there are always guys who cant continue to play with those injuries. There are 4 off the top of my head that have been reported to have those type injuries.

Lol, no, "the guy" you quoted in no way made it seem that Hoke was going to get rid of all RR's recruits. The quote itself said "a number", meaning the 6 or 7 that are going to be run out of the program Saban style. Nice to know that Hoke is "going to try to find a spot" for them, presumably on someone else's football team.
I don't have the data in front of me so I'll have to look it up, but I believe 4 medical hardships in one summer would be unprecedented in the history of Big Ten football.
