I was critical of Herman.

I am a moron.

Funny because a lot of people where (myself included) but looking back on last year though he did the best with what he had... He had a QB who could run but was a marginal passer (don't fight it guys 5 is no 12 or 16 throwing the ball) and WR's that struggled separating... Once he had a passer it was game OVER for Herman.
