Good for Coach Herman. Hope he does great. We'll all miss him. This is what happens to great coordinators/Broyles Award winners.

I trust that Urban will find another great young offensive coach to come in and, at the very least, coach QBs. Play-calling should be well taken care of between Warinner and Meyer for the time being.

While I'm thinking about it, get this guy in here as a G.A. so he can start learning the ropes:
