Big congrats to Coach Herman....though some may question individual calls throughout games, there's no questioning the improvement this offense has made since this staff came together. Coach will certainly be missed & I wish him nothing but the best.....now....it's time for Coach Warinner to get a promotion .

To me it's interesting to see Chad Morris (ie the first guy a lot of people wanted during the Herman OC search) and Herman both leave for similar HC coaches at the same time, and Clemson has also promoted to OC from within, and made an interesting hire of a rising FCS OC for their QB coach. If we were to follow that model, here are some of the youngish OC/QB coaches leading top FCS offenses:

Ryan Carty

Zak Hill

Tim Cramsey

Paul Peterson

Nathan Brown

Larry Smith

Also it wouldn't suck to snag former Urban QB recruit Brian Johnson from the same position at Mississippi State.
