Or 350-500 with a 50-200 graphic card.

The 10% upgrade from the microsoft console I bought a decade ago?

People need to stop throwing out this $2,000 price tag for PC gaming rigs because that's easily 5+ years outdated. $1,000 gets you a top notch gaming rig that will play any game currently out on high/ultra settings and that's without overclocking. I just built two gaming rigs for this price for two buddies of mine.

And the GPU replacement is way exaggerated as well. I have an AMD Radeon 7970 which plays BF4 on Ultra easily and it's 18 months old. I won't need to replace this thing for a long time and when it does start to struggle I can just buy another one for super cheap (by that time) and run it in Crossfire.

Fair enough, my point is outdated.

Still all about the games and how they are developed. I'm a long time Xbox guy but my choice has NOTHING to do with being a fan of MS, Sony, or others. I'm a big fan of game development companies like Bungie, etc... Right now Xbox still holds the edge for me due to the following: Titanfall, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 5, 6, and beyond, I even thought that Plants vs Zombies game looked fun.

With time I hope to own both as I do with the last gen systems. The only tital that makes me think about Sony's system is Bungie's next game that looks so beautiful; Destiny.

Precisely. I've loved both Microsoft consoles but am not impressed by non-gaming things that I can already do in my living room (and do so simultaneously on different screens instead of concurrently).

Hopefully the typically stale launch titles will be replaced by some killer ones that stir my interest. Arkham is a start.

I'm far from being educated on the process of game making, etc...

but just my opinion, I think once game developers stop making games for the poverty consoles, that's when we'll start seeing more improvements when they can focus solely on next gen platforms
They're ALL poverty consoles, if you're looking for an assessment of their processing power.

Launch titles are usually a bit underwhelming, though there is usually a more discernible jump in graphics.

but seriously, this game is addicting fun..

also graphics are a bit crisper than it was in beta

Maps are big and fun, but because of the way you can move around, it doesn't feel huge, you'll always be finding someone, or something
