OMG still so annoying...

It's like he's a [censored]ing little baby or a child or something the way he's portrayed. All this 'love' bull[censored], and his commercial with his mom, and this stupid article with Urban's typical gay quotes...

Should have came to Ohio State, where we teach QBs mechanics instead of riding your [censored]ty throwing motion all the way to the bank. :wink2: SEC, SEC, SEC..

Tim being a part of only two BCSNCs in four years instead of three - though disappointing - does not distract from the two. Bama was the better team. If I am supposed to be unhappy with a one loss season (losing to the BCSNC) that ends with setting new BCS and Sugar Bowl records against the #3 ranked team (pretender though it may be), then I hope for a lifetime of disappointments....OK.

And while it must kill the Tebow haters, Tim ran a 4.72 in the 40 at 6'2" 238, had a 38.5 vertical jump, and a very un-Christian 6.66 in the 3 cone drill. :p
Tebow's 3 cone drill was so good that it was #1 for all QBs, RBs, and TEs, and was #3 for WRs. Granted, not all participated, but if a player does not do the drill, it is not usually because they would have put up a great number.

Tim is quick and agile, rather than fast, but his demonstrated agility and quick feet are a plus for a QB that few are talking about. He will be a steal for somebody in a lower round.

I came away very impressed with Tebow's interview at the combine (the vow to accept requests at his pro day was refreshing), and his non-40 workouts were quite outstanding. As long as no one spends a 1st or 2nd round pick on him, I think some franchise will be very happy with Tim.

I did enjoy when they tried to say his 40 time showed he would be able to make plays with his feet and get past defenders at the next level. Tim wasn't terribly elusive in scrambling away from defenders the last few years, he's just a load to bring down. If SEC defenses caught up with his mobility the last few years, he's not going to be outrunning anyone at the next level. He is quick & strong enough to relocate in the pocket and take short scrambles when necessary.

Maybe not for you. But unfortunately your attempt to paint your opinion as a fact fails. A lot of people will disagree with your opinion and remember him crying on the sidelines in his last important game, a la Adam Morrison.

Bama was the better team.

Again, an opinion. A lot of people think Florida was the better team and that Saban pantsed Meyer coaching-wise in the SEC title game. I'm sure you'll disagree, though.

The most telling part of your statement appears in bold.
