Take the total of the last 2 digits of each odd-numbered year in which a tOSU player won the Heisman

MINUS

(the total of the last 2 digits of each even-numbered year in which a tOSU player won the Heisman).

edit - yes, illinoisbuckeye - you can answer. Someone is only not allowed to answer if they gave a wrong answer to the current question in the previous 15 minutes.
