Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

I hear that people who have issues with gluten here don't have the same issues in Europe and the chemicals and pesticides we use are the suspected culprit. Seems logical.
And nobody had gluten issues until the 1990s. Sure, there were a few people with legitimate Celiac disease, but very few. Now it seems like it's a third of the population. They are fucking with our food

Seems they wouldn't want the bread to last so long, then people would have to buy it more often. So they're more interested in 'something else' besides profits.
They're either trying to make us sick because they also own the so called cure or they're just engaging in depopulation. Every day I see obese young men who will likely never reproduce or even contribute to society. Every younger girl I see is frumpy, chubby or sickly skinny. It's really depressing.

I heard some guy a while back talking about how he stopped eating pasta here because he'd gain weight, and feel like crap. Then he ate pasta in Italy while he lived there, and said it never made him feel bad and he didn't start putting on weight. It's our wheat.

Yep. Seeing as how I eat beef, local eggs, and salt I'm good!
Get your electrolytes good too. Once you do you'll almost never feel thirsty and overdrink water. I bought a powder that you add to 12 ozs of water and drink three daily. You'll be amazed. One of the things that turned out to be a really good thing for me was as a kid I never sugered my cereal, even non sweetened cereal like shredded wheat. I also never sugared coffee or tea. Looking back that may have saved my life.
