sadly I haven’t broken out my smoker in like 2 or 3 weeks... i’m having withdrawals... Dad is coming into town in a couple weeks... ill do some ribs then...

6 pints of peach-corn salsa, 9 pints of peach marmalade, 7 pints of peach preserves.

......and we still have another 30 pounds of peaches to deal with. Peach pie, peach ice cream, canned peaches, and another batch of salsa are on the tap for this week. I don't even like peaches that much...what the fuck possessed me to by 50 pounds of them?
