My daughter is into Bullet for my Valentine, Black Veil Brides and Three Days Grace. Some of their stuff isn't too bad.

Anthrax, Testament and Death Angel will be at the Promowest Pavilion Friday night. Sadly, I'm busy and can't go.

The Pretty Reckless (Taylor Momsen) will beat the Newport in March. I will go see that. She's smoking hot.

BTBAM kicks some serious fucking ass. And if you aren't sold on them check out their cover album "The Anatomy Of..." covers of Metallica, Blind Melon, Queen, Pantera - they do it all and do it well. Early albums are a bit raw, but they've come a long way. It's too hard to describe, just give them a listen if you're willing to try a new band and you will not be disappoint. Not the kind of band you can skip songs on an album, they need to be listened to start to finish and easily take an hour of your time, but it's the best hour of the day.

This year's Summer Slaughter Tour is going to be a sick lineup for young and old metal fans alike.

Cannibal Corpse and Between The Buried And Me are headlining. The Faceless, Job For A Cowboy, Veil of Maya are some of the acts released so far.

Check the Facebook page for more bands to be released every Sunday. No tour dates announced yet but I'll either go to Atlanta or Orlando if they visit those cities. This should be a sick ass tour.
