Well, the WGC just changed a bit

Tiger and Rory both out after Match 1.

Not only those two, but Charl Schwartzel was upset by the rookie Robert Henley, Lee Westwood went down to Cabrera-Bello, Fraser took out Keegan Bradley. Adam Scott, Ernie Els and Jason Dufner all were "upset."

Thirty matches completed and like 13 of the lower seeds won. Match play is a whole 'nother beast.

Never bet on Charley Hofmann to hold a Sunday lead...
I have no idea how Hoffman got an endorsement from a clothing company.

A guy at my club said Hoffman's clothing looked like it came from Waste Management.

not the PGA Tour but they must be feeding some kids over in China.
TIANJIN, China -- A Chinese golf prodigy will set the record for the youngest player in a European Tour event.

When Ye Wo-cheng tees off at the China Open on Thursday, he'll be the youngest in a European Tour event at 12 years, 242 days.

The Dongguan schoolboy will be 287 days younger than compatriot Guan Tian-lang, who was 13 years, 177 days when he competed in last year's China Open. Guan made history last month when he became the youngest to compete in the Masters. He also made the cut.

Ye qualified for the China Open, rallying from a late double-bogey to secure the last of four qualifying places.

His coach, Englishman David Watson, said that Ye's ability to listen and respond "is way above the norm."
