What's in it?
Black ops 1 zombies let's go!Completely redesigned the HomeScreen/Layout/Guide/etc to make it much easier to navigate and accomplish simple tasks like creating a party, inviting people to it, and whatnot. Not only does it look better but it's a major performance boost from the previous. Not to mention with it they are adding backwards compatibility which will be ready in a couple weeks I think?
I believe it's a rolling update. Thankfully they took the time to work out the bugs in the preview program, so now the update works about as well as it worked before the update. When I initially got the update, it was nearly unplayable. Entire console crashes, screen freezing, activity feed was buggy, etc. It all seems to be fixed now, though.Hmm I didn't get an update yet and I was online last night
It's for 360 games to be playable on Xbox One. No fee. Just has to be games that you owned on the 360, but it's from a select list of games. I'm not too sure about the discs, didn't read that much into it.Regarding the backwards compatibility, which console is it with? The Xbox 360 or the original Xbox? Secondly, can you play games with original discs from the backwards compatible consoles? Is there a fee for it? If so, is it a monthly fee or a one-time fee?
Yay post release beta testing.PC gaming is no different. Every time I start steam I have to update it (not 7 hours, but it's annoying). I also bought a hard copy of Fallout 4 and still had to download the entire game. Which would have taken me almost 7 hours.
