I think you and I might have differing opinions on what qualifies as a "dilemma" vis-a-vis drinking...

and will someone finally [censored]ing congratulate AKAK?
Yeah.. I mean, I'm not sure what a bottle of wine today has to do with coaching tomorrow. Keeps the doctor away?

And thanks....

And to Cinci-- :io: (My multi quote has gone batty)

Here's a little story for you all. I was once invited to a get together of some Mexican friends of mine. Someone's kid in Mexico had been in a bad car accident and they were having a party in his honor, just a get together to think of him, wish him well and send out some good vibes. It was really nice, they served posole, fresh fruit and lots of sweets. They had a nice bonfire going and most of the men were standing around it shooting the shit. The host offered me a cup of "vino". I thanked him and took a big swig. I almost choked on the stuff, it was like some kind of Mexican moonshine. I asked the guy what is was and it was some homemade mezcal from Oaxaca. I asked him why the hell did he tell me it was fucking "vino" if it was mezcal. I've since learned that a lot of Mexicans call anything with alcohol vino. Another funny thing, he offered me more and I declined telling him that I had to drive home and didn't want a DUI. He told me not to worry, his wife said a prayer asking god that we all arrive home safely

Pinche carajo, bet that took a few years off of your life...
Once I knew what is was it wasn't that bad, pretty smooth. The thing is when you're expecting wine and it's not it's a shock to your pallet. It was some powerful shit, I couldn't have drank more than 4-6 ounces and the next morning I still couldn't count to ten.

Does anyone here ever drive on I-90 near the PA/NY border during the early fall? You get an overpowering smell of the grapes just driving that route. I can always tell its football season or getting close when I smell that

That would be for the jelly thread.
