As for renaming the Redskins, you should really honor the 'Skins tradition. Fortunately Washington DC provides plenty of good possibilities.

My favorite is the Washington Foreskins.

Even better, the Vichy DC Foreskins.

I would play up the double usage of fore by having my mascot being a giant penis that is golfing while America burns.
