The Polls (AP, Coaches, & CFP, etc.)

ND is better than Auburn and has one less loss. I have no idea why they are ranked behind them.
That plus, you watched your Dawgs have a tougher time at home with ND than they had on the road with Auburn. But you have to take into account the serious ass beating that ND took from a Michigan team that may have developed the competence to prepare potato salad.

Wait so Florida and Auburn count as top ten wins even though they’re outside of the top ten? And Texas counts as a top ten win despite that fact they’re not even ranked.

Yea they love claiming the "ranking at time of game"

Basically saying if you beat the preseason #1 team in week 1, even if they go 6-6. Alabama (or insert SEC team) gets credit for beating the #1 team, even at the end of the season.

If the committee wanted to make a real statement. Punish the SEC into going to a 9 game conference schedule like everyone else. Of course the whole conference looks a little bit better overall with that 4th OOC game, which you know they aren’t using to schedule anyone but the West Carolina and Samford of the world. Of course they’d never do that though.

ACC also plays 8, though some catch ND as a 9th.
Not a mistake the 2 ESPN conferences play softest schedules.

Interested in seeing where Oklahoma ends up this week. Oregon and Penn St loses benefit them the most I think. Could backdoor into top 4 when it's all said and done. Unlikely but could happen. See how far Penn St drops. I can see them at 10-13
