The Polls (AP, Coaches, & CFP, etc.)

Quinn can eat a bag of dicks like he did with Jimmy Clausen's dick, allegedly.

Must be applying for a job at SECSpin.

The rest are as reasonable as you can be at this point in the season. If someone wants to argue SEC team #2 is getting in, I can see the logic. The B1G schedule makes it near impossible for 2 teams to get in and Big 12 could definitely take themselves out of picture depending on how the Red River Shootout game(s) play out.

Anyone putting three SEC teams in playoff picks (not who are your top four teams right now, mind you) can GTFO. I at least the give ESPN employees the benefit of the doubt; their picks are likely tainted with self-preservation of keeping their paycheck from an employer that clearly has an agenda to make a shit ton of money for their shareholders.

pump the breaks. I like being @ #5. If they take care of business, they don't miss the CFP without a blemish on their record. So put me in the not worried crowd about where they sit in the rankings. If they don't win out then they leave themselves open to the possibility of being left out of the conversation again, bottom line. I hope all those other teams ahead of them win out too (until they face each other and one of them has to lose). It will sort itself out.

Klatt does love himself some Buckeyes right now though. Gotta have someone in the B1G's corner since the rest of the media is in bed with the SEC and Clemson.

You're forgetting that NDs "CLOSE LOSS!!!!" to a SEC team is > any win Ohio State can have. (In the minds of some people)

yeah, there is always the ND factor too. But, it's already been discussed that with their remaining schedule, and their lack of conference CG potential, a 1 loss B1G conference champ over them still makes sense considering the overall strength of the B1G, if that scenario was to play out.

ie: 1 loss Wisc or 1 loss OSU (depending on whom to, where @, and how bad, the loss was)

I think if ND wins out, they are getting in. Unless there are 4 undefeated P5 teams. Especially if UGA ends the regular season/SECCCG undefeated or with 1 loss.

The rest of their schedule is ass but they will ride that "close loss" into the playoff in a situation where there is not 4 unbeaten P5s and they finish with 1 loss

I loathe ND, but if they win out, I’d prefer them be in over 2 SEC teams.
