I think Haire has done the right things so far and recruiting is going well, this year likely isn't going to be a big payoff year, I think somewhere around .500 or maybe a little above is an attainable goal for this season which is obviously a huge improvement

Vandenhuevel was a heck of a pull out of JUCO, that's the difference between Haire and Beals/Mosiello he's actually pulling good players into the program not just throwing darts at mostly Ohio guys and hoping they end up being good someday.
