The first link you listed jc is Vanderbilt's incoming/current freshman class so Xavier would not be listed there. He is committed to Vanderbilt, a decision he made last week.
I wouldn't be too down on it for two parts.
For one, OSU picked up 4 commitments last week. Including one from a stud of a pitcher in Indiana.
For two, Turner could turn into another Haase situation where he is drafted and signs, thus taking away money that could be used in this class or on a very pitcher-loaded 2013 class. Many feel Turner is headed pro regardless, which being signed to Vanderbilt makes the leverage he has quite high and thus a higher bonus to have him spurn college. Not to suggest that is near a reason he decided to pick Vanderbilt over Ohio State, but it is something someone in his position that appears to be set on going pro could use to their advantage.
Suspect 2-3 more commitments to come over the next few weeks as we approach the early signing period.
