The timid play calling needs to stop on offense.
The defensive play calling needs to be more conservative.
Hell of a conundrum.
HubrisIt goes back to stubbornness. The staff seems hell-bent on making plays that we can all see don't and won't work, work, on both sides of the ball. It's one thing to think your players can do something, but another to refuse to change once presented with a season of evidence that it doesn't.
