Yes, hardly you. Nobody likes days like this. Nobody. The difference is all in how we each handle it. Plenty of us get pretty blotto during games, and most of us… you included… are able to self moderate. Not all can, some don’t even try. Some, even after being given hints, progressively from subtle to direct, give zero fucks and find themselves on the bench or added to ignore lists.

There’s no need for that to happen.

I can’t say if anyone is going to end up taking a vacation over this, but I can say that ignore lists have grown over the day…

Just so we're clear on these scoldings, we're way out of line when telling bip to cut it out (when he knows he's being crazy annoying), and any suppression of that is either illegal or bad for numbers.

But rebuking and chastising the viewpoints of the mods is really smart and definitely permissable.

I haven't noticed any sensoring so far but IMO I seem overwhelming because no one else is posting right now.

Yeah I think out defensive staff needs overhauled but I doubt I'm alone in that thought.

I get it guys. We lost and I'm the only dude screaming at nothing...

I think if there were others chatting I wouldn't be so annoying but here we are.

Honestly I'm done done going off. Responding some just to get it to neutral but I'm done yelling at the moon.

Just disappointing. Especially when I don't think it was necessary.

I don't get the point of telling him to cut it out. If he wants to vent his frustrations after a terrible game, who cares. Turn off the computer if you don't like it.

Well, you’re here… LOL.

Have no idea how long you may or may not have lurked before signing up, but this community is a little different than some of the others. Self supported and run. It’s well self-moderated by the moderators as well as the members who do a good job of keeping each other in check. Some of those ‘strategies’ may not well apply in all cases here.

It’s clearly an environment that isn’t for everyone. There’s ESPN boards that are far easier to navigate… But there’s plenty who appreciate the way things are handled around here… considering the other alternatives, it’s worth it for most who give enough shits to put in some effort.
