Our run game has been really awful all year otherwise. Like really bad. A few good plays doesn’t make a unit good.

It showed today.

I feel for Stroud who played his ass off. He was great today. I wish he got called on even more. We wasted a lot of downs trying to force the run when even if the call was good, our line just can’t block for it……I hated some of our run calls today. It was hard to watch at times.

Felt like Day was trying to show he wasn’t going to lose patience no matter what…..when he probably should’ve just said “fuck the run game we are throwing it 100 times today”.

I disagree... we were # 1 in YPC going into this week...

Should Harry have been playing? Yeah I think so over Wypler but that's a total guess.

Only issue I have with RD is he gets away from what wins championships too often.

Remember Gus Johnson saying "RUN... THE.... BALL"?

Well, there's massive truth there.

Just like Jimmy stated today. Some people woke up on 3rd base and thought they hit a triple.

There's truth in that too. Ryan Day inherited our OL and Skill (largely) and got Justin in the Portal. It's easy to forget about what made this program win the title in 2014 which is running the ball. That's why the loss in 2019 was so terrible because we played the right kind of game.

We won't win it again until we get back to leaning on the run. If that means getting 6 foot 4 guards to gain leverage inside that's fine.

We just have got to run the ball effectively which we haven't done well now for 2 years.

Okay a bit more on that... I think what made me uneasy all week was they had an actual physical period called "beat Ohio" where 7 offensive players took on 9 defenders.

Think about that for a moment. We do the clocks, the Michigan period, the X in place of the M etc etc. Do we line up though for hundreds of reps on offense per year outnumber and dedicate it to TTUN?

No.

They truly wanted it more. If we want to beat them in the shoe next year we better start TTUN period in the spring that focuses on stopping the run.

In no world are you permitted to just spew the same thing over and over and over and over again in the span of minutes, while regularly yelling drunkenly at fictitious posts that were never made.

I know this wasn’t directed at me, but I just woke up from my drunken stupor and I gotta say, you need to have a built-in routine for these things in your life.

Everyone around me basically walks on eggshells whenever something like this happens… they know how much this hurts, they know how much this means to me. I am basically Santa Claus right now and can do no wrong. It’s the only thing that gets me through it. You’d think Rudolph died and Mrs. Claus is basically like “I will bake you cookies or just put it wherever you want right now” and you know, that’s what Christmas is all about, Charlie Brown.

I dread The Game. I love The Game. You come back swinging, because that’s what we do. That quote about a good ass kicking cleansing your soul is not smoke and mirrors, it’s everything. It’s why we still get the night prior’s meal creeping back up before this thing. Because we know deep down… they haven’t quit.

And neither can we.

So some people here need to moderate their drinking and posting or it’ll be moderated for you.

Actually the rules don't say anything about being annoying as fuck.

I get it guys. This one hurts and I'm out here on a war path.

I'm honestly done for the evening but I'm sorry i just can't help but be depressed that we knew what was coming and couldn't stop it. That's not Ohio State football... especially vs that TTUN.
