Yes, everyone.

I just want them to go out and open the checkbook for an elite, proven DC. Let him assemble a staff because for 2 years running...with some small respites, this defense has been a shit show. And we are recruiting too well for it to be a shit show.

That comes from Day. He's not a grind it out coach and his running plays reflect that....it's mostly zone running and look for holes. It's not a physical running game and that mentality has permeated the offense.
