THE GAME, tOSU at tCun, Sat. 11/25, 12pm ET, FOX

Yeah McCord needs to be sharp. He doesn’t have to be lights out but he needs to not turn the ball over because you’re right Michigan isn’t dropping INTs like the gophers did.

Really does come down to just playing clean and then limiting their run game.

I really think them playing two full tough games will add up in our game too.
"Two full tough games"...... meaning you think it's better for them? As in they are more practiced? Or bad, because they are softened up, and tired?

Troy's legend was born when he had 386 yards against those cheaters in 2004.

I'm just saying.

Once is an occurrence, twice is a trend.

Despite being 2-1 vs scUM, nobody ever called Krenzel the "Wolverine Killer". That's the difference, not only on the wins but how QB driven that 04-06 run was.

Once is Heroic.
Twice is Epic.
Three times is Legendary.

But, yeah, 2004 is still big.

Is interesting that the bad guys are suddenly struggling in the passing game.

I expect this game to be close. Can McCord make some big plays and avoid mistakes? Can #32 break some runs ? Can the improved D come through ? How much can MH JR do with heavy attention ?

Find a way.

McCord is absolutely capable of making any throw but he has to have a solid atart imo. Going to be difficult to overcome a rough first half - if we can’t sustain drives the defense might be gassed and get gashed with heavy personnel coming at it.

On a positive note the vulnerability is absolutely there with them. Amazing what an even playing field does. They look totally bearable; they couldn’t pass protect against PSU but no one is talking about it nationally. I wanted Knowles fired last year because I’m a stupid fan. I fully believe in him now.

We can do this.

I've been trying to think of when I have previously had as much hate for scUM as I presently do. It just occurred to me it might be when I heard Hairball's guarantee on the Monday before the '86 Game that they would win and go to Pasadena. Let's finish this guy's reign of losing and cheating and give him a proper send off this Saturday in Ann's Armpit (assuming he doesn't return for more next year).

As long as we take care of the football, I don't see how we lose. They've shown to be afraid to let Spin Pass throw the ball the past two weeks and against this much improved defense, it should be no different. Tommy Two Thumbs is going to unleash the Pain Train. Henderson looks the best that he's ever looked and just when he needs a break, Chip totes the rock with aggression. Keep the penalties to a minimum, McCord shouldn't force anything, and get it to Route Man Marv only when it's there.

Chip had a good game against those fucks last year if I recall

Meaning they’re a bit beat up right now.

It took a fumble 6 and 2 safeties to beat Maryland.

I think they’re going to find it hard to bounce back again vs a team that’s been resting these last 2 weeks while they’ve been going to the final minute.

You add that with the news cycle and yeah I think there’s a potential blowout if we can land a few touchdowns early.

I think they’ll quit if we go up quick.

Plus if Wilson is out for concussion protocol, they will be more one dimensional.
