APMichigan football coach Rich Rodriguez may have caught the John Cooper flu.
Michigan football coach Rich Rodriguez may have made a similar mistake to the one former Buckeyes coach John Cooper made several years ago.
Rodriguez did not exactly downplay the rivalry between Ohio State and Michigan, like Cooper did, but Rodriguez did not have the same fire and brimstone of coach Jim Tressel. Remember when Tressel first took over the job in 2001? He told fans that he would make the OSU faithful proud against Michigan in Ann Arbor.
