Game Thread THE GAME: Ohio State 14, TSUN 3 (final)

that comes straight from the dispatch today..i have no idea when the clock starts...ie if it is this week or before the bowl..all i said it could take up to 3 days..which is word for word from the dispatch....i would think the big ten would allow the coaches to handle it in house and then after that they would add on eventually if they felt needed to do so...i have heard nobody will be benched saturday AT THIS TIME..like life..it could change...another message board is saying osu has already sent in their response..and jenkins got hit by a swinging helmet..caused him to react....logic says if osu has sent in their findings already....we can expect the big ten to look at it sooner than later....i would hope this is all put to bed in the next few days

buckeyeinfla - saying that "it could take up to three days" is word for word from the dispatch isn't true, and I and everyone else knows this because you posted the entire article into the thread.

I'm not picking on you when I harp on the details, but the only reasonable reading of how long it could take for any decision to come down is 6 days. Up to 3 days for each school to file and then an additional 3 days for the Big Ten to make their decision.

Thus, up to 6 days, which the article itself actually terms "several."

I really think Jenkins, Gholston, Laurinaitis and C. Wells should be suspended, bunch of troublemakers they are.

I kid, I kid.

Maybe get a retroactive suspension of Troy Smith as long as they're at it? :p

Absolutely. $500 taken=500 games suspended

Seems reasonable.

Oh, man.........Chris Webber is going to be waiting a loooooooong time.......maybe the UM footbll team will have won another championship by then.

280 lbs and a 6.32 40 yard dash. Still faster than your linebackers.

280? I'm proud of Mo. He's whittled down to a shell of his former self. He's laid off the Grey Goose for a while and hitting the treadmill obviously. Is that 40 time his running 40 or drinking 40, and is that in hours, minutes or seconds?

Did I type lbs? I meant kgs. My bad.

Both (at the same time), and that's in seconds. No doubt, the young man is skilled.

Mo always was a freakish talent.

Must.....get.....donuts.......

Sadly, what you said about our linebackers is undeniably true. I think Graham finally just caught up to Beckum in the end zone on the corner route...

Don't worry about it. Malcolm Jenkins just sprinted to the Shoe from his dorm room because he thought Juice was going to make a handoff.

sandk...take it up with ken gordon..he wrote the article..i am simply the messenger

Buckeyeinfla I honestly have no problem with what Ken Gordon wrote, it is abundantly clear and understandable.
What he wrote, in precis is, 3 days to file - then up to 3 days for the Conference's decision.
In other words it could take Up To 6 days to issue a ruling.

Not, as you would have it:

big ten to look at scrum at the end of illinois game..says it could take up to 3 days to rule if anyone will miss:
That is your misreading and consequent misrepresentation. Thus, clearly, not something to bother Ken Gordon about.

Though, I did send him an e-mail asking if 3 + 3 = 6, or as a fellow poster would have it 3 + 3 = 3. He sent back a nice reply posing two questions.

1 - Is our children learning?
2 - Doesn't your math challenged poster know it is Michigan Week? :wink2:
