Game Thread THE GAME, 11/26/16, 12pm ET, ABC

Not an aggressive fuck that noise but like a friendly "hey fuck that noise" see the difference there? lol

That was in regards saying you thought he was short. Wasn't being trying to be disrespectful and if you took it that way I'm sorry.

This is where text cannot relay how I was feeling as I wrote that. Again it wasn't meant to be aggressive just an expression. Apologies though

Are you drinking and posting again?

Not quite sure what you're trying to say here bub. My initial point was that watching the game live, I thought JT was short. Further on I stated that either way the play was called, either side was entitled to be pissed because of how close it was. I never even came close to saying anything about it being overuled. If you understand that then fine, but please don't EVER come back at a post of mine with "fuck that noise." You've been a poster here for awhile, and for the most part a good one. I've been a poster here since day-1 of this site. Agree with me? fine. Disagree with me, fine as well. "Fuck that noise?" Not fine at all.

Peace

As a Michigan fan, I thought JT got the first down. There were other non calls that really bothered me, but that wasn't one of them. I thought it was funny that neither team was called for a holding call. I don't think I have ever seen a game where no holding calls were called and I have watched a lot of football.

scUM fans can cry all they want about that spot, or any "non-calls." They lost that game because they spit the bit. Our offense did not show up for 3.5 quarters. We missed two field goals. There was that utterly absurd fake punt. Any team worth a shit wouldn't be in a position to lose that game to officiating. They lost because they STILL aren't good enough.

Now that the glow of the game has started to fade, it's time to think about the future.

And to be frank, I'm a little worried. There has been something off with JT's arm all season. On top of that, the OL was getting roasted most of the game. We lose the same way that MSU did, if we play Alabama in the playoffs the way we played on offense today.

You can never count out Urban, but I really can't imagine a winning playoff scenario in which JT cannot complete a pass over 10 yards.

Anyways, go Bucks - hope I'm wrong.
I admit that I said during the first half that I watched a couple of junior high teams look smoother in the passing game than Ohio St looked. But those jr hi teams weren't facing the TTUN defense.

I think JT is the least of 3 issues. For it to be productive, the passing game needs protection, precise route running, and an accurate and on time delivery. JT was sacked 8 times - which is all that needs said about the quality of the protection. The receivers aren't consistent in their routes, and you see JT double-hitching to wait for them. Because of this JT can't throw to a spot on time but can only wait for some separation or try to lead the target open. Put all that together and you get an ugly looking pass game.

Urban will have a month to work on it. I'm not sure he can get it to where OSU is relying on passing the ball, but if it improves to the point where it is a more consistent chain-mover and a more potent compliment to the run game, I think we will feel better about the offense.
