Although this happened in the spring of 2015, it's a story still well worth relating. Was on my way to the airport, and stopped at the local Starbuck's for a coffee to go. The vehicle in front of me (drive thru) was a bright red jeep, with an Ohio State spare tire cover. I rolled down the window and belted out a hearty "O-H", and a pretty young lady leaned out her driver's side to return an "I-O". After a few moments of small talk (I told her about my trip to the CG in Arlington a few months before), she drove off, and I pulled up to the window...........only to find that she had paid for my coffee, and it was on the house. Thank you Buckeye Lady, wherever you are!
Things like this have happened to me before and since, but this one was the best of all.
