Still hanging with the Alec Bradley series. The Family Blend has a very nice rating. Padrons are becoming more and more difficult to come by in my neck of the nape, and the price is becoming an issue. I am also finding that the Rocky Patels can be a good smoke at a reasonable price.

I have been on the Tempest for years, fantastic smoke.

Last night I had a Tatuaje Noella. My all time fav. It's a petit lancero size, but super cuban tasting. Man there are some fantastic Nicaraguan smokes being produced.

For the poster asking about the Pepins, the blue label line is really great. I also like the My Father series. If you can find a lancero size it is the best of the bunch.

I have a Cuban Partagas #2 in my box I might break out in the next couple of days. Looking forward to that.

So, after smoking a couple Macanudos and Cohibas on the golf course the past couple of months, I've decided to dive headlong in and pick up a humidor so I have some good cigars on hand to enjoy a couple of times a week. Any suggestions on what to stock it with?

I'm looking for medium-bodied...nothing that'll have me puking on the dogs. Price-wise, would like to start in the $200 range for about 25-30 sticks.

Go with 5-packs so you can try different things to determine what you like. And may I introduce you to . . .

And definitely do this at Arnold's to get yourself some high-end sticks at a great price:

That price on the 1964s and the Anejos is ridiculous!

See you at the bottom.

As advertised...very good. I'm a maduro guy, so I've only had those.

If you like the 1964 you can actually step down a little in price in the line and still get some high quality smokes....walking the dog smokes I call em...

I do highly recommend the Bradley "Family Blend", as well, if you like the 1964.

I've had a few Badley's and enjoyed them. I only smoke 3-4 a week, so I don't mind spending $ for quality. My humidor is stocked up with the Liga Privada t52s, FFP, & No. 9s.
