They tried to eat clock way too much leading up to the elam ending rather then playing offense. Also apparently Sully has said that's the wife's call.

They got a bunch of bad calls against Scarlet & Grey before the target score was posted. But it pales in comparison to the refs that allowed the 3-time defending champs Overseas Elite to advance last night. The refs snatched the game away from the underdogs and handed it to Overseas Elite on the game winning play. Awful officiating.

Well, Louisiana United had an impressive comeback in-progress, and appeared to get a stop trailing 85-84. But the referees called a very weak foul on Louisiana United that even had the ESPN 2 announcers stunned and laughing...

Fast-forward to the game being tied at 86-86, and again Louisiana United appeared to force a turnover. But again, an extremely questionable foul was called, blowing what would’ve likely been a game-winning fastbreak for Louisiana United. Instead, it resulted in free throws for Overseas Elite, and they made one, to end the game

Overseas Elite are just a machine. A few big names, but I wouldn't say they read as an all-star cast, yet they've never lost a game in this tournament.

Very true. And I remember watching this VCU team choke a 12 point 2nd half lead last year to them. They've definitely been against the ropes, but something happens and they advance.
