But if I were ANY draft-eligible player who has any hope of getting drafted at all, I withdraw from school now and start the process to get ready for the combine.

Reading Nebraska's statements, they are going to be back in the Big 12 sooner rather than later if I'm reading between the lines. I don't know how that affects the grant of rights but it appears to me they are seriously pissed.
