The 2020 College Football Season

just to be clear that is not me saying that

I wasn't referring to your post or anyone else's.

Everywhere I turn it's "until there's a vaccine...", as if it's a given. There are things we haven't cured, vaccines we haven't found, and viruses that stick with us.

What's plan B? Go hide in the basement and wait to die?

Beats me, but the B1G (and Ohio State) fall back in terms of relevance.

The B1G becomes the Big East post Cryami/Va Tech/Pitt leaving. Maybe Ohio State survives but everyone else is going to be in deep deep shit. No legit recruit is going to consider it if they can't even be assured that they will see the field in the next year. You'll still get the kids who dream about going to Ohio State from the moment they knew what football was (and Tressel won with those kids), but the era of dominance is over if the SEC and ACC (and maybe the Big 12) press forward.

And Gene's statement about embracing spring is total horseshit too and he knows it.

how is it that a conference with such high academic standards is so fucking shitty at PR.... at least come out with some plausible statements .... what a shitshow of leadership on some many levels in this country its mind numbing
I honestly question how many people knew this decision was coming, and when. Not only do thru suck at PR, but I bet they kept a lot of people in the dark
