I knew they'd get the scoring going in the second half.
31-24 Texas with 6:58 left in the game.

1). Texas won a NC in 2005 with one of those "gimmicky offenses"Tresselbeliever;1546437; said:Reasons why I can't respect B12 football:
1). Gimmiky offenses that don't do jack against real defenses.
2). Lack of defense.
3). Officiating/conference politics favoring the big schools.
You put up McCoy against this year's OSU defense and he will do squat.

2). Did you watch the same game I did? The Texas defense was great when it had to be and awesome in the first half. They started giving up yardage in the second half but what do you expect when the offense couldn't sustain a drive to save their lives.
As far as your McCoy comment.
You talk a lot of trash about a team that has played you guys pretty tough in the past few years. Colt had a pretty decent game against a much more experienced Ohio State defense than this year's.

You know how I know the B12 is down? Because TT can hang with you guys. That's the barometer. Every since the '02 season when we hammered TT and went on to a NC season, I've been using that game as a barometer to see if anyone in the b12 has a NC caliber defense. Well, you don't. Dominant D's don't allow a first year guy to throw 150 yds in one quarter. Sorry.
Every OSU fan on this board would tell you that this year's defense is VASTLY improved over last year's. That's why your argument makes no sense. To be honest, the defenses during the '06-'08 clip played uncharacteristically poor by OSU's historical standards, especially in big games. Almost every Buckeye fan will tell you that.
Your conference ticks me off tremendously. There's nothing you can say to change that.
