Again player development hasn’t been outstanding either as Urban pointed out too. But you’d think (Mensa and all...) a little self scouting on that side of the ball or something. Field a competent D and you’d probably win that league with regularity.

Yeap... frequent issue when hiring a hotshot Coordinator.
His time in Houston wasn't long enough to develop the HC skills imo.
