To be fair, there’s not many terrific ones lol.Sure.
Plenty of horrific gas station bath room tales begin with “one evening…”

Shouldn’t be any that start in Austin and end in Columbus, that’s for fucking sure.To be fair, there’s not many terrific ones lol.
Mili disagrees.Shouldn’t be any that start in Austin and end in Columbus, that’s for fucking sure.
Just do the right thing and make this a night game.
Spoiler alert: it will be Big Noon on Fox.We really need Bjork & co to throw their weight around this offseason regarding this issue in particular...
Pretty sure Bjork said he would be having conversations about it, so hopefully something gets done.
Agree it sucks, but Bjork’s weight on this matter is akin to a gnat on the moon.We really need Bjork & co to throw their weight around this offseason regarding this issue in particular...

Well yeah, he'd have to get in Petitti's ear to have any chance of getting anything to change.Agree it sucks, but Bjork’s weight on this matter is akin to a gnat on the moon.
And the fans of the winners (us) can begin drinking early and stay on it all day long into the night. Except for my obligatory nap.Upside of a noon game that is seldom discussed on the air: When the opponent takes a proper fisting, the walk of shame in the harsh reality of daylight, starts immediately after the event.
So there is that
I remember both of those '05/'06 games all so well, selective memory will direct me to '06 though. JL had one of the best performances I have seen from a LB that night. I have seen some great ones from guys like Big Kat, Hawk, Carpenter, etc. But that night JL might have had the best game I have watched in my lifetime. Ginn and Smith were incredible as well, that was such a fun team to watch. The Longhorns visit the ‘Shoe for the first time since their Vince Young-led 2005 team won 25-22 on their way to the National Title. There is a chance this will be a matchup of the preseason #1 and #2 teams.
The Buckeyes evened the series by winning at DKR in 2006, with James Laurinaitis, Teddy Ginn, and Troy Smith leading the way.
Prior to the glorious CFP Cotton Bowl game last January, the only other matchup was a 21-24 Fiesta Bowl loss in Glendale after the 2008 season, when Terrelle Pryor was a freshman and Colt McCoy was a junior who had just won the Walter Camp POY Award.
The most recent Buckeye victory, sealed by Jack Sawyer‘s 83-yard play for the ages, once again tied the series at 2-2.
We are somehow awful in night games at the Shoe to my recollection. I hate waking up on MST that early on a Saturday but the team seems to play better for whatever reason at an earlier time. I love to watch the games under the lights, but this might be an advantage. It may make no difference, but I just remember quite a few disappointments at night in the Shoe and thinking that would be some advantage.Just do the right thing and make this a night game.
