It's an "advanced metric" calculated by the bank of Cray supercomputers stationed in Bristol, CT. While it is highly complex, and involves multiple layers of nested machine learning algorithms, our BP engineers have cracked the code:

Texas A&M's Kellen Mond reacts to College Football Playoff snub: 'JOKE'





Texas A&M lost to Alabama, 52-24, in the second week of the season. The team managed to go on a seven-game winning streak and ended the season with a victory against Tennessee.

After their win, Mond was lobbying for the Aggies as well.

"We should be in. That’s my pitch," he said Saturday.

Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher added more.

"We play in the best league with the best players," Fisher said. "That's as much of an eye test as anything. Eight wins in the SEC ... I'd like to see someone else do that."

I ran into one of the very few douchebag LSU fans I've ever met at the Fiesta Bowl last year (of all places).

He honestly thinks that Ohio State couldn't go into places like Ole Miss or Miss State and win. Forget about the "big boys" in the SEC.

That is damn near every LSU, UGA, Florida, Bama, Tennessee, and worst of all Kentucky fans I have met. When you have never left your "Southern Hospitality" circle jerk you never know.

Example: Met girl in Panama City and went to visit her the next year (spring 1996). She lived in Pensacola and her father was a crazy Auburn fan. He asked who I rooted for. When I said Ohio State he asked me if they were any good and added that they would be lucky to win a game in the SEC SEC SEC a few minutes later. The mother fucker was in the 1% as he was loaded but had no clue about the rest of the CFB world.

See I moved to Arkansas and they are nice most of the time. Occasional SEC SEC SEC when Bama or LSU do something but they suck and they know it. CIO of the company is another OSU grad and big fan so that's fun.
