Gig 'em! University of Texas campus vandalized with Texas A&M sayings

Just when you thought the Texas A&M-Texas rivalry was fading into the distance, a fan visits their rivals campus and vandalized buildings.At least that was the case this weekend at the University of Texas when students awoke to spray painted Aggie phases throughout their campus.

"The words "Howdy," "gig 'em," "farmer's fight" and "SEC" were spray painted around the Tower and the Flawn Academic Center. The Jefferson Davis and Woodrow Wilson statues also were tagged," Graham Watson of Yahoo?s Dr. Saturday blog said.

The vandals also left the phrase, "Do you miss us yet?" on one building in red spray paint.

"It's an awful long way to drive just to taunt your rivals, but the way the Aggies are performing in the SEC this season does give them a little something about which to brag," Watson said.

Both Watson and Austin?s KXAN, who initially reported the vandalism, say that police are looking into the incident but no arrests have been made.

Racist Aggie fan starts fight at New Orleans Airport - 11/11/12

Update from Redditor on the scene, complete with a formal trail mix protest:
I saw this go down yesterday waiting for my Southwest flight from New Orleans to Houston. the Aggie fan in the Johnny Football shirt was drunk and not allowed to board the plane. He got irate with the ticket counter attendant and dumped out a bag of trail mix. The black guy was waiting at the ticket counter stood up for the ticket attendant and told Johnny F'in Football to calm down. He then redirected his anger at the black guy, started dropping n-bombs and even made a comment about picking cotton.

Fisticuffs ensued and after about 30 secs Paul Blart showed up on a segway. Luckily it was caught on video because the Johnny Football guy lied to the cops initially and said the black guy started it - upon reviewing the video evidence the black guy was exonerated and allowed the board the flight. Everyone clapped for him as he was walking down the aisle (especially me because I was flying standby and ended up getting Johnny Football's seat!)

Now please share with everyone you know so this drunk racist gets fired

It's natural for Aggie fan to develop a little bit of hubris and confidence given the events of the past few days, what with beating Alabama and all, but there's that moment when the thin line between confidence and ten foot tall, drunk, and bullet proof is crossed and you start yelling racial slurs and picking fights in airports, while wearing your ill-fitting "Johnny Football" tshirt.​

Take heart Ags. You aren't truly part of the SEC until part of your fanbase does something publicly to embarrass you! so, welcome to the conference!

Police Lt. Mark Newport said the alleged victim put her leg over a bar stool to save it while her companion used a men's room. Zimmerman then approached her, grabbed her leg and moved it off the stool, Newport said.

When the woman's companion returned, he confronted Zimmerman about the allegations, the two began to argue and the argument spilled out into the street, according to a Gas Light employee. The alleged male victim later returned and said Zimmerman had pulled a knife on him in the area of the Sheraton, according to the witness.
