No they didn't.

Look at where the safety came from. He had to be inside of the hashes to be that far away by the time the ball got to the receiver. That was either a deep third or deep middle coverage but it sure as hell wasn't a doubleteam or bracket of any kind....that is, of course, unless the safety was out of position which is always possible I guess.....

But Litl is right - the failure to have one defender in Crabtree's shirt and another there to take his head off is inexcusable.

Best game of 2008, I'm calling it right now.

Last year, it was probably Georgia-Florida.

The year before, obviously The Game of the Century.

This year, it's gotta be this one.

(btw, just talking non-bowl games :) )

I fucking hate the TT's of CFB. I'm with LJB, in that I'd rather see the traditional powers battle for the NC every year. The USC's, Texas, OU, tOSU, etc...than these one year wonder Northwesterns in the 90's and TT this year. Fuck those teams. :lol:

I like when Ohio State wins it all, but fuck a whole bunch of USC and I ain't really crazy about Oklahoma unless they're beating the shit out of Notre Dame. But then I like anybody kicking the shit out of Notre Dame, even Pittsfuck. Oh well, Go Red Raiders.

Great Game

This was one of the best games I have seen in a long time. The Tech atmosphere was amazing. Two excellent teams and a great last minute ending.

Did you know that Mike Leach never even played college football?

I heard that on the radio yesterday.
