Folks, Tech still has Oklahoma State next weekend, then Oklahoma on the schedule and I think Missouri still lurks.

You see the schedules these guys play, and it just further proves how down the Big 10 is.

yeah, i hate to call it like it is, but the B10 is nothing like this. since it won't be OSU (that means i can be un biased) i could see putting a 2 loss team in there ahead of PSU (YEAH, I SAID TWO). it obv won't happen, but you could make a valid argument for it.

Yep. I was surprised McCoy didn't stay in bounds at near the end of Texas's last drive. That saved TTU 40 sec or their time out.

Not a full 40. I think he went out of bounds with 2:29 left. Since it was over 2 minutes, they started the clock before the next snap.

But it did leave extra time on the clock, and could well have made a difference. Texas Tech would have played the last drive a little differently with less time on the clock.

how about the time they left on their scoring play? there was still 20 sec or more left on the play clock when he took the snap.

Hate to think about how it will end up for the team in the Alamo Bowl, whoever goes there is going to be a very tough opponent.

I agree.....truthfully, a 1 loss Big 12 or SEC team has the right to VERY [censored]ed if PSU gets in ahead of them. PSU's best win will be against an at least 2 loss OSU team.

The Big 12 is solid, but overrated.
The schedules that Okie State and Texas Tech have played (other than Texas) are a complete joke.

just playing texas gives them a tougher schedule than PSU. then they have to play each other. then they have to play the B12 champ game.

just watching the highlights and thinking that it would be pretty cool to see a team like TTU win it all. i don't think a team like that has won a NC in my lifetime. (none come to mind at least)
