Hey, tennis elbow hurts. But we had one BPer who had it much worse. She had a bad case of BJ Shoulder. That, my friends, has to be the worst.

I don't know about you and Thump, but I'm able to avoid that with my lifestyle decisions.

Try getting some wobenzym(serious). I like it a lot better then glucosamine and msms. Although, they are still better then nothing. Some people like the osteo bio-flex at walmart, but it basically contains the same two(g+msm) ingrediants mentioned above. Definitely check out the ingrediants, because most of the lumped "joint aids/inflams" have two or three things you could buy in the vitamin section, and save 10 bucks or so.

It's also a good idea to brace it up for a little while (while being active with it)

I got it last year playing racquetball and I just gave it time to heal. It took a few months but it eventually did... my golf swing still hasn't recovered. I used one of these to help with the pain.... you strap it on your arm and it takes some of the pressure off the muscles on the elbow joint.

I'm sure Thump has plenty of strap-ons around his house already.

You've probably developed some scarring from the original injury... while there is a technique to release these little scars I can't describe it on here... if you don't have one of those cute little brace things just run a piece of duck tape around your arm about one inch below the elbow joint.

Since lateral epicondylitis is an inflammation i would encourage you to take 800mg (not 1000) 2 times a day for at least 2 weeks...

Seriously though, the braces and drugs don't really cure the situation, they just make the pain a little less...
