I've been dealing with it for 3 months.

First hurt my elbow lifting weights in mid-December and thought it was just a mild strain. Went and played racquetball a month later and boy was that a BIG mistake. Couldn't hardly sleep for a week it hurt so bad.

It's still a bit sore two months since playing racquetball and I haven't touched a weight or played racquetball since in hopes of giving it a ton of rest.

Anyone out there have any experience with it?

I'm trying to get it healed up in time to golf this spring.
Quit crying about it and take some fucking vicodin. Homo.

I got it last year playing racquetball and I just gave it time to heal. It took a few months but it eventually did... my golf swing still hasn't recovered. I used one of these to help with the pain.... you strap it on your arm and it takes some of the pressure off the muscles on the elbow joint.

Grow a beard and be a man for god's sake......

But, before I was a tough guy like I am now.. I had occasion to get the Tennis Elbow as well and used one of those things Loky posted. You wear it all day (including when you're sleeping)... it gets quite annoying before you get "used" to it. Also, take a shit load of drugs. That is, take 1000mg of Advil (Or any Ibuprofen) every 8 hours.

Do this for about a month, and you'll be back on that horse... or... in your case, back on that dude....

And quit fucking shaving.
